I really like this. I didn't expect anything too great, but the bag alone turned out to be worth the price I paid. It has a metal framework embedded in the fabric so it holds its shape and will fully open without flopping all over the place like other soft cases. It is compact enough to not take up too much space, but roomy enough to add all your other drill bits, forstner bits, and other drill-related things to keep together in one place.

The smaller drill bit holders are heavy-duty, with rubber grips and secure closures. Much nicer than the thin plastic, snap-close versions you may be used to seeing. The holders inside are clearly marked, and flip out for easy access to the bits.

Finally, the bits themselves are a very wide assortment of types, and are suitable for drilling a variety of materials. There is plenty here to keep you busy!

A few weeks ago I picked up the 10" Denali Miter saw. I was really pleased with the quality and the price. Last week, I came back to the Tool store to pick up some drill bits (you can never have enough). When I saw a set from Denali, I decided to try it out.

I am really pleased. The bits seem to be very top quality. I especially like the cases for each set of accessories. They are easy to carry around and keep everything well organised.

This is a great deal. I have odd drill bits and drivers that I've collected over the years. This is a nice fairly complete set that comes in handy hard plastic boxes with swing out organizers. The bag is a big nice quality one with a metal frame. It's big enough to add your drill or any other accessories you might have.

This set is a good value, it's got the right bits for all those unexpected jobs that crop up daily at the worksite. It's got 2 T40's for construction screws, drivers to handle lags, and nice sharp spade bits. I've been using the hell out of it and am completely satisfied.

The bag and boxes are nice, keeps everything organized and easy to access. I went through and labeled each of the grey boxes to make locating what I need easier ie, spade bits, drivers, masonry etc.

I'd like to emphasize what other reviewers have said about the cases, they are really nice. There are 4 of them and have secure slide locks. They are quite sturdy and the interior holders are also nicely done. I wrote labels on each case so I know which one to grab. All the bits I've used are very good.

I love this product. I don't do major DIY stuff around the house, so this set is more than perfect for small fixes.

The cases and the carring bag are really good to organize your drill accessories. Also the price is just perfect! I have bought bags for 20, so whit the included extras, it's worth the price.

This is my first set of drill bits, I'm using with a brand new Milwaukee 14.4v drill. All the bits have worked great so far. I'm using them mostly with wood projects, every bit so far has been sharp and accurate. I used masking tape to stop any tear out on the other side.

The bag is also a great deal, its tough and it helps me keep all the bits organized. I just wish the four cases were labeled as I have to constantly open 3 of them to find the right bit. I've never heard of Denali before, I'd think about buying their other products after purchasing this set.

Bought this set prior to the holidays...was delivered in about 4 business days. This set has everything you need for the layman and then some. Comes in a great carry-all bag with individual cases for each set of bits - the new drill I bought with it fits right in there as well with the battery charger. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again if needed or as a gift, just a good solid product at a great price.

Haven't had a chance to use all the different types of bits, but so far so good. My only complaint is that there's no way to differentiate between the different bits based on the storage containers. I find myself having to open each one and see what's inside to find the bit I want. I wish they had labelled them for me, but I guess I could just do it myself too. All in all, I thought this was a good buy. The bag it comes in is heavy duty and should last a long time.

Great selection of screwdriver bits, but I wish they all were adaptable for cordless screwdriver. 1/2 of the bits are for a regular power screwdriver and therefore useless. All the cordless bits can be used in a regular hand drill, but not vise/versa, so cordless driver owners are paying for drill bits they will never use.

I really like all the different items you get with this set. I was glad I bought it, because I broke one of the drill bits that came with the drill trying to hang shutters (I found out it was too light duty after it broke and I used the right kind). As others have stated it is worth the money for the utility of the bag and the index's. Have replaced the metal bits with the quality I use.And I reorganized the layout, the plastic pieces holding tools pop out. Put my eye protection and hole saws in the bag, thinking about what else I might add. I would not give 5 stars as the quality of bits is lacking. I might send my brother one on his birthday, it would work for his needs.

... and i paid 27.99 a few months ago... and i'm still happy... You really do get more than you pay for with this set, in my opinion. These really are decent bits... not the most expensive quality, but genuinely tough decent drill bits.. i've broken only one... and i beat up my bits (perhaps because my craftsman skills could be better). The carrying cases are very nice and compact, perfect organizational wise... like good fly boxes, if you fly fish. the outer carry-all case is kind of cheap i don't use it... but i suppose functional. 4+ stars.. 5 stars are for truly perfect items... these are just short.

27.) Probably Best Value, and Great for Beginners

These bits are not Top of the line or even 5 star bits. They are nothing compared to my DeWalt and Craftsman Bits, But they are worth the value. Paid around 16 dollars for it using a screw extractor as a filler, got the free shipping and applied a coupon i got.

For 16 dollars getting all of this is a steal. This kit is great for beginners. Most noticible is how cheaply they are made. The boxes are a good idea, i just labeled all four of them. The bag is good, i would say i saw a bag like that in sears for around 10 bucks. Although the bit drivers do not come with a sleeve, Most professionals use 3 to 6 inch bits in impact wrenches, so thats not really a problem.

After using the spade bits, and the HHS bits i can say, they are not even sharp to begin with. The nut drivers are good although they aren't magnetic.

Over all this is a good set for the price. Quality isn't top notch, but it will get the job done. I give it 4 stars because of everything they give you for the price. Quality rating i would give it 3.

30.) Buy it for the Bag & Cases, not the bits
Reviewed by: Pietro Fairfield, CT

I agree with most of the reviewers...the bag and cases [1 wide-mouth reinforced bag w/heavy-duty zipper and 4 solid plastic cases that lock shut securely with sliding latches and hold bits on either side] are what make this worth buying...the bits themselves appear to be of typical China-made quality, which is what I expected for the price anyway. However, I can put my Milwaukee and Freud bits in the bag as well and just toss the bag in the truck when I have a job to do.

31.) Great cases...

The quality of the bits leave a little bit to desire. However, the cases in which they come in are very nice and the bag is sturdy and assembled well. The bag allows my existing bits to be added and I have replaced some of the bits with better existing bits I already had. For the every day worker the bits would not work, but for the weekend warrior it is a nice package.

32.) cheap but worth it
Reviewed by: Xperienced tool user santa fe, nm United States

yes i agree with the other reviewer that these masonry bits are worthless. the spade bits aren't all that sharp and dull easily, even when just drilling through wood. the hex bits aren't very useful if they aren't magnetic.
professionals don't use the 2" bits offered in this kit, except once in a while when a screw is buried in wood and can't be reached with the standard 1/2" bit. professionals use 1/2" bits accompanied with a bit driver with a sleeve. you put the bit in the bit driver, then extend the sleeve over the head of the screw so it wont slip out when you drive the screw. if you don't have one of these drivers, the bit will slip off the screw head, especially when using phillips screws, and the bit will hit your finger, and it will hurt, leaving a blood blister or tearing the skin, even through gloves sometimes. this is known as "cam-out." with more resistance, in torque, ie driving screws in harder, thicker materials, such as a 2x4 as opposed to ½" cdx plywood, the more likely the bit will "cam-out" of the screw head. even worse is when it cams-out and damages the fine, exotic baseboard or trim that costs over 200.00, plus the time to go get more, uninstall the damaged piece and reinstall the new one; (for some people putty is just not an option).

but for 20.00 this kit still seems worth it; 4 cases and a carrying case. you can always upgrade the bits and use these bits for "lenders," in case they never come back. i spray paint mine so i know if they end up in someone else tools, i can retrieve them without conflict. just pick out your color and spray everything.
